Did anyone apply in Feb 2017 and received reply or passport request ?

I applied for my husband on 28 feb and no reply since then ! I am getting impatient ! Is anyone travelling through the same boat?

Please reply if anyone got visa for Feb 2017 for spousal open work permit!
