Spousal Indian Citizen- Copr stamp from USA complications

I had applied for spousal outland application online. Right now my wife is in India.
She did her medical and Bio metrics from India. She was planning to visit USA at her sisters place.
My question is if she recives COPR while she is in USA, is it fine to submit passport through USA? Do we have mention it to IRCC or not?

Yes, she can submit through the USA visa application centres. note it may take a month or so to be completed.

Thank You so much, duration is fine but it will not make anything complicated? she has b1/b2. And then later on can she do her first entry carrying COPR through land?

It's not particularly complicated, no. And yes, can enter by land or air.
