Hello Guys, need URGENT opinion -

My marriage is schedule for December 12, 2018 here in Toronto, Canada - while I am a PR and my spouse is on student visa, having her student status valid till March 31, 2019.

Do you think will it be fine as if our documents reached CIC on the first working day of January 2019 and do you think if we will get both AOR and Open Work Permit before my spouse Student Visa expired.

Please share your feedback.

AOR--likely.

OWP--current processing is estimated at 4-6 months so, while humanly possible, not very likely.

But what if spouse is having the Business Visa of 10 years already with her... will it be helpful in anyway..

Helpful for what? Visa status has nothing to do with her application process under the spousal stream, except to verify legal status in Canada and determine eligibility for OWP. If the two of you are submitting an inland application, she can expect AOR1 45-60 days after the application is received by CIC, and OWP to be processed in 4-6 months. I am not understanding what the Business Visa has any bearing on.
