Have the sponsor contact CPC Missisauga where the documents were submitted. Educational document attestation is only good for if you want to further your studies and the educational institution wants to verify your past educational background.
thanks!!

CBSA Declaration card is provied to every passenger who is coming from abroad to Canada while they are on the flight, they ask you to fill it before you land to save time. in those declaration card(forms) they want to know how much money and goods you are bringing to
Canada and if you are planning to use it domestically or you want to sell it (obvi not, but they want you to sign that card to bind you in a contract so you wouldn't sell anything)

Hope this answers your question.

Zam

Yes, everyone needs to fill this out.
You can have multiple people on the same form who live at the same address.
Its simply a declaration of goods and monetary value you are bringing into the country.
If you are over the limit then you would have to pay a duty tax.
However, for a PR first time entering the country the immigration officer will give you an exemption.
This is not a contract. You can sell whatever goods you want here.
(i.e. If I ask Zameer to bring me an amazing Sherwani, he can sell it to me - no problem. But he does need to declare the value of this good.)
As a Canadian resident that travels frequently I have had to fill this card out several times.

yes you can, but only take it if is very important to take that mithai as a first time traveler , you should not carry something that they might question about. but if you feel comfortable taking it then you should.

http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/forms-formulaires/e311-eng.pdf

Part A) Enter all the travellers names that are coming with you and living at the same address in Canada
For the Pakistani applicant, Citizenship is PAKISTAN
For the sponsor, if they are a PR, Citizenship is PAKISTAN otherwise they would enter CANADA

Note: you do not need separate declaration cards for people living at same address travelling with you

Enter your home address in Canada

Enter your travel details: Flight#, etc.
Purpose of trip: Personal

Arriving from: If your layover is not in USA or you are taking direct flight, select "Other country direct"

Answer the yes/no questions.

Skip Part B

Part C)
On a small separate sheet of paper, make of list of goods and cash and estimate the monetary value that you are bringing with you:
clothing $xx dollars
computer $yy dollars
electronics $zz dollars
jewellry $w dollars
cash $c dollars
etc.
-------------
total $xxx dollars

Date left Canada
For the Pakistan applicant, they would leave this blank
Enter the $xxx dollars you are bringing with you

The question: Do you or any person listed above exceed the exemptions per person.
I am expecting your goods will be over $800, so in that case select yes
but do add a note: PR arriving to Canada

Enter the $xxx dollars you have calculated for each person's goods.

For each person that has their name listed on the form, they will need to sign their name in the corresponding field number.

Enter today's date on the form.

When form is complete you will detach the instructions on the left side and discard into the garbage.

Do not fold the declaration card.

Cheers!
