Is there anybody to give me answer about my question
1: I applied student visa back in June 2012 which I got refused
2: then I got married in October 2013 my wife have PR card
3: I applied spouse visa in April 2014 and my file transferred to LVO in May 2014
4: after haven't receive nothing
So what u people think about my case where is that stuck and what r they doing with it.
Pls give me answer
One thing is sure maximum what they can do just consume our time that's it

I got my GCMS notes, the last notes that I have on my file on Jan 25th 2015 shows ” File EM for refusal Decision”.
Even though I have already paid my debt and they also have on their record that debt paid in full but it seems as they are refusing my application. Also they have notes on file that Mississauga CPC is not willing to revisit their decision about my eligibility. Any advice?

Your original file is in CIC Mississauga, they only send scanned file to LVO so communicate with CIC instead.

Actually in my case it was different. Last week I received my original documents back from LVO instead of Mississauga. And they were sent to me (applicant) in seoul, korea.

so you received your documents back before visa issuance, lucky you, I am still trying to locate my documents & that's frustrating now it been more than 2 months since I received my visa & still no sign of my original education documents & all of em

You are very true they are playing with our lives like this is insane our children ate growing up without their parents like one is here and other is far away they canot imagine to live like this we are suffering from depression and frustration I mean this is totally inhuman but cannot do anything

No such thing as AOR2 you can order notes after a month or send them an email inquiry.

Applied in June 2014.........My e-case status is showing "In Process" since May 22, 2015........and then it says "Medical results have been received."............Although we haven't received any requests from LVO so far.......
What should I expect next?
Anyone experienced same situation? Senior members please provide your opinion.

Mine started in 26 Sep 2014, i inquired many times through E-mail and MPA, the answer is same. still don't know exact time for completion.
