Question for senior members:

When do you receive the permanent residence card? At the airport?

hi everyone,
I got an email from London visa office to update my Schedule A form as well as additional family info (IMM 5406 AND IMM5669)
I Checked the CIC website but they only have old forms that I sent already..do I just need to update it with same form or is there a new form? and just to clarify...on schedule A form, applicant has to fill out his info and me as his spouse and only his family in the form?

in the additional form what other info he should provide?
what is the best way to mail the docs?
and anyone here who also recived email for updated form after 7 month? and how long after do we expect a med request or PPR request?

thank you in advance

HI...if there has been 11 months or more since your file was transferred, you can send them case specific inquiry. it should not be a problem. but if you are conscious, you can just order notes and find out whats going..nothing to be worried abt.

I am filing out updated schedule A form, my husband visited india during our application was in London. in the address section where it says to list all the addresses you have lived since ur 18th birthday..should he include the time he stayed in india regardless if its 1 week stay?

No, you only add addresses where he has stayed for six months or more

thank you for ur quick response. once im sending the forms, do I need to include a cover letter with the documents. and In my email it said that all documents must be translated in English/French. does it apply to these form? cuz they are already In English except for additional family info form where the applicant has to write his name in Urdu as well

The forms need not be translated. One thing to get translated is the URDU Nikaahnaama. Even if you have the union council produce marriage certificate, have the nikaahnaama translated and notarized and send along with papers.

All documents that are in Urdu have to be translated into English and the translation has to be notarized.

So in the schedule A FORM in one of the question about personal history, where it asks about job.unemplyef or whatever you were doing do I include travel to india n write 1 week n in next question it ask for addresses so I shudnt provide the india adress where I stayed..wud it matter?
Thanks again
