SPOUSAL IMMIGRATION - File transferred to London Office from Islamabad

Hello all,

I need some help, my PP was sent to CHC ISLAMABAD 5 weeks ago for visa issuance as they emailed that my file had reached the final stage. It's a spouse case and my husband is a Canadian Citizen. Now my passport isn't back and my medical has expired. I am 3 months Pregnant how can this affect my case in anyway.

my routine background checks are sine July 2014 and still are not completed.
Pls, share your time line sine you submitted your application?

Also I just came to forum and learned about refusal of "prayingforpr". I am so sorry sister. If you dont feel you wanna go to Pakistan (Which I think might be a good idea), may be hire a lawyer for sure. Cause they have to give you a time to explain your situation and which I believe were never given to you. So lawyer at this point can save you from this reckless decision. Praying for you.

Plz let me know how to do that appendix rightly.

File submitted: Feb 2014 - AOR : March 22,2014 - Transferred to LVO : May 12,2014 - Medical requested: Jan 06,2015 - Decision made : Feb 10,2015. Never received ppr1 request. Only the ppr2.

just letting you guys know I got my hubby's ppr today ! I wanna thank everyone for all their help through this difficult time in our lives. Inshallah, I hope everyone gets to see this day soon, and be reunited with their loved one. :-*
 
appendix a form needs to be filled out who ever is accompanying with the applicant or getting the visa so if the rest are Canadian citizens or pr dont need to write their names....

is it true that immigration ask for pictures at the end? i knw some one who applied abt 4 months n asked for more couple pics from london visa office so wht does that mean at wht stage the process is? the applicant is in pk
 
Does any one have a contact number for VAC ? Do we have to book an appoint before we go to give our passport?
 
I have few quesions if someone can please answer:

1- Do we need vac appointment to go and submit passport for visa.
2- Doesnt the visa pictures need to be attestated.. I understand it needs to have the applicant name and file number on it but do the pics need to be attested as well?
3- Other than ( Appendix form, Pics, Passport, and PPR2... Does the applicant need to bring anything else to the VAC office)???

SONS Canadian Passport: OUr son has received his Canadian Citizenship certificate. Now we have to apply for Passport. When called the consulate in Karachi, the lady said that we will need to buy tickets in advance for the first passport application. But strange enough, when called the Lahore consulate, the gentleman that answered said that since your son has prove of citizenship, you dont need to buy the ticket in advance? Confused so PLEASE SOME ONE THAT HAS WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS PLZ HELP. ALSO......

1- Application requires both parents ID. How do I go about my id's from Canada???? Can I give my PAK ID's attested copy along application ????? OR ????

My husband completed his remed more than a month ago still waiting for next step can someone plz tell how long after this he wud get ppr?

you don't need any appointment just visit the VAC of your city and pay your fees and you are done with the receipt.....
