Hello everyone I have a question I applied in June 2013 and my Estatus is still application received
Last year I went to Pakistan I informed my visit to Islamabad by sending them my boarding passes etc but they di don't reply me after that I sent them my my doctors's note about my pregnancy but they didn't reply in June 2014 I received e mail that my file transferred to LVO
in this time I sent e mail asking about my case status no reply
Now I sent my baby's birth certificate by e mail nobody replied and then I sent hard copy 3 weeks ago but no reply ...... Sorry about the long story
My question is ......
Is it a bad signal or something that they never replied any of my e mail as I can see many member here got passport requests who applied after me
Plz answer me coz I can't stop thinking that its not a good sign
Thanx in advance

I have similar timeline. No news yet. Visa office do not confirm if the documents were added to the file, but GCMS notes can confirm that. Last time when I sent them additional documents ( my boarding pass, pictures of my trip etc) they were added to my file within a few days and infact they returned some original documents (pictures , post cards) back. It did not change my status on ECAS. You may want to order GCMS notes ( it will take about a month or so). Alternatively, you may send a case specific enquiry to LVO. They do reply to those but it will also take over a month. I notice that applications after Oct 2013 were being directly transferred to London from Canada and these application did not go through Islamabad. This probably helped them in quick processing. I have not seen anyone getting passport request who applied in Jun 2013 (whose application went from Islambad to London). I could be wrong but my feeling is that June 2013 applications will be processed around feb-march. It does not seem like a great news but at least we are getting close.

Assalam-U-Alaikum Brothers & Sisters!

I'd sent an enquiry to London Visa Office in November that:
Is my file in Islamabad Pakistan or in London Visa Office?
If yes so when it has been forwarded to London Visa Office?

I Got Reply today i.e.

Dear Applicant,
Please be advised that this application awaits the review of an Immigration Officer, which I expect will take place shortly. We will be in contact with the applicant in due course.

In karachi From where we can attest our matric inter and graduation orignal degrees ? And do we need to attest our orignal mark sheets also ? Plz reply I know nothing about it . Please
Thanks

I dont know if you need to get them attested. Nothing wrong in getting it done. Any oath commissioner / Notary public can do that . Tell them that these are going abroad so they put some additional stamps. Usually you can find oath commissioners close to the local courts ( Kachehry).I don't remember the name of area anymore but it was close to Sadar as far as i remember.

Princess123 Admission requirement are different from program to program, well all universities ask for your transcript send to them through university directly. For instance I did my engineering from Karachi, they accepted my degree but asked me to get the sealed transcript from the university (there are 2 options to get the sealed transcript, you have to make a request to you pakistani university they will issue you a transcript sealed in an envelope and you can thn submit whenn required for admission in Canada ... 2nd option is you can provide your university in pakistan with the address of the university you want the transcript to be delivered and they can send it there) you also need to get 2 or 3 academic references...

Above all, everything is dependent on the program you want to go for whether its an under graduate program or masters program.... one thing everyone should know they do not accept 2 yrs degree in canada you need to have 4 yrs degree to pursue masters in Canada....

Caution, not all universities in Pakistan will mail internationally (they are just too cheap). You have to grease the wheels for everything there. I could not attend my convocation as I was out of Pakistan, they made me just through the hoops to get my degree and i still haven't got it.

Dear Applicant,

In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

Client information- You indicate having been unemployed since May 211. Please explain how you have been able to financially support yourself since May 2011. Please also explain how you have spent/occupied your time in the past 3 ½ years. Provide documentary evidence, if applicable.

Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 60 days from the date of this email. If we do not hear from you within that period, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused. Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence. All documents submitted in support of your application are subject to verification with the issuing authority. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. Please quote your file number on all correspondence, including the envelope. Your file number is included in the subject field of this email.

Should your personal circumstances (address, marriage, divorce, birth, death, adoption) change between now and the time you leave for Canada you must report the changes to us. Visas issued without the correct information concerning family status are invalid and admission to Canada will be refused.

The issuance of an immigration visa does not ensure your eventual acceptance into the practice of your profession or occupation in Canada. It is your responsibility to determine whether any licensing/registration requirements apply to your occupation or profession in the province where you wish to settle. Do not leave employment, sell property or take any irrevocable step in anticipation of immigrating to Canada until you have received your visa(s).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The subject line of this email and the initials included in the subject line are essential to avoid delays in processing requests and responses. Please include the initials written in the subject line of this email, in all future correspondence with us. For email communication, please use the “Reply to Sender” option of your email software which will keep the subject line intact in your response. For postal communication, please include these initials on the envelope, and highlight prominently on the cover letter.

We look forward to hearing from you within 60 days.

Yours sincerely,

REO(CN)

Now I need help on that as I m unemployed from may 2011 and did nothing in this period till today I mean just stayed at home or with friends normal life etc. I have one elder brother and my father who earns and we all family survive.
Now my question is that
1. What should I reply to them in written as I think I do not have any official document in this case or should I need I don't know
2. And should I reply them by replying to their e mail or in written courier

This is a tough one to answer. If it is your wife's case, then it will be difficult to satisfy the visa officer that you can take care of yourself (and your wife) if you have not worked in three years without any reason. However, if it is your husband that you are sponsoring, you may say that you are a home maker and like it that way. When your husband will come over, he will work and you will take care of home (and kids :) ). This may not fly with the visa officer as sponsor is supposed to be responsible for supporting the incoming spouse and not otherwise. Either way, whether it is wife or husband sponsorship, getting some sort of job (any job) right away will definitely help as you can say that you never worked but now you are working and you will accept responsibility of your own family. Consulting with a lawyer may be a good idea at this point.

You know what june applicants did get ppr and infact they must be in canada by now. Lol. Eagle applied on june 24 and he was the first person among june applicants who got his case done in /around october 14 . And there are a few more applicants but as they are done with their applications so they rarely or never appear on the forum anymore. But i guess those were the lucky ones :)
