Hey guys, I have been a silent reader for almost a year now. Must say that this forum is an extremely useful platform for people to get together and help each other out. Would just like to update you all that today, I received the following email from London Office:
Dear Applicant,
We are writing with regards to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
As you are aware, visa validity is determined by medical validity, and for this application your medical results expired on 2014/11/20.
As a one-off procedure, in order for our medical officer to potentially reassess the current medical results and determine whether an extension of your medical validity is possible, please provide the following:
- countries visited/country of residence since the date of your original medical, including details of all/any business trips, holidays/vacations or stopovers of any duration.
- details of any illnesses, however minor or temporary, since the date of your original medical.
If the medical officer determines that an extension of your medical validity is not possible, repeat medical instructions will be sent.
The VO code was SXB-2.

-Date application received in Mississauga
-Whether you applied as Married or Common-Law
-Date of sponsor approval
-Which office is processing Phase 2 of your application (will say on your sponsor approval letter/email)
-Date(s) of any other requests you've had
-Whether or not the principal applicant is non-visa exempt
-Current location of the principal applicant- closest major city is fine if you don't want to be too specific!
The spreadsheet is locked, you are not able to edit it yourself. PMing me the info is the best way to do it. The spreadsheet tracks all applications sent directly to London, the more data we have there the better we can understand how timelines are looking in London.

-Whether you applied as Married or Common-Law: Married
-Date of sponsor approval: Jan 8, 2014 (Transferred to LVO Feb 24, 2014 per CGMS notes)
-Which office is processing Phase 2 of your application (will say on your sponsor approval letter/email): London
-Date(s) of any other requests you've had: Email regarding possible med extension on Nov 21, 2014
-Whether or not the principal applicant is non-visa exempt: Non-visa exempt
-Current location of the principal applicant: Lahore, PK
