Congratulation to everyone

I applied for my husband's sponsorship on April 2013
My file has been sent to London but thats all i know.
I have emailed my MP and didnt recieve a reply.

Could someone help me out please.
I dont know what to do
I read about asking for re-meds from fellow member that has applied after me
I am really concerned now.
PLEASE HELP! :'(
Same here I applied in June 2013 and don't know y my file transferred in June 2014 from Islamabad to London
Now we have our baby too and hubby is still there and some lucky people are getting closer to final stage who applied after me I'm happy for those too but so worried and these r most depressed days of my life

File transferred to LVO in June 2014
I nevered heard anything since then
Estatus still says file received
I don't know what is their way of processing

Okay be easy and answer following:

1. When was your file transferred to LVO?
2. Did you get any email regarding any new docs except the file transfer ?
3. When is/will your med expire?

Suggestion:
- Send and email to LVO and ask about your case status, they DO reply; I got reply in 19th day.
- Ask Notes

Dear Forum Members,
Need your help to decide about the future steps. I got my immigration visa in April 2014 and landed in June as single. After completing the landing formalities I came back to UAE where I am working since 5 years. Now I got engaged and will get marry next year depending about the immigration scenarios. I will highly appreciate the answers of the questions:
1. If I get marry now and bring my spouse here in UAE then can I apply for spouse PR while living in UAE?? (Like if I shall go there for one month and file application from there)
2. If above is not possible then I shall go for Nikkah only and then move to Canada immediately. Can I apply for spouse visa on the Nikkah only? (As I hear from some people the CIC is asking for marriage pix and other stuff)
3. If I have to go for above second scenario then can I apply for spouse visa before getting any job there in Canada???

Following are the answers to the queries:

Ans.1) No, You have to be in CA after applying spouse sponsorship OUTLAND; it is the rule that sponsor has to live most of the time in CA after filing spouse sponsorship case; Yes he/she can go outside CA and visit the spouse for FEW WEEKS only.

Ans.2) Nikah only cases can also be applied but CIC gets conscious about such cases are asks for more proofs of relation to know it is genuine. You have to make your case foolproof if wanna go with this option, each simple point should be very much clear and correct. Yes the pics, engagement ceremony pics, guests record and contact numbers of few closed relatives who attended the ceremonies (Eng. Nikah). then after that Phone calls record, messages record, FB/Whatsapp/Skype chats and call logs etc. So in short Nikah case can also be filed but after making your application so strong.

Ans.3) Yes you can apply, CIC has nothing to do with income of the sponsor, clearly written on the website, but there are few fields related to Job/emp/tax etc; you may file your case after getting advice on this 3rd question.

I guess you are the one whose baby is canadian by birth right ?

Yeah right. ..my baby is canadian by birth. .but I have added her in my immigration case..
My timeline case filed in jan 2012, file transferred to LVO in Jun 2014, remedical and PC asked in July.14. ...after that waiting. .

Yeah right. ..my baby is canadian by birth. .but I have added her in my immigration case..
My timeline case filed in jan 2012, file transferred to LVO in Jun 2014, remedical and PC asked in July.14. ...after that waiting. .

dear 2012 cases are done as inventory so wait lil more and you will the the good news soon, it is my intuition

ahan then you are in the queue do not worry because 2013 cases are being processed now and if they do not find any red flag people dirctly get PPR2, you could be that lucky
You should wait for couple of weeks to get email reply

Study is CA; to be honest is soo much expensive, but yes if your future wife may go there on scholarship that would be great.
the other option could be Rukhsaty as well and live for few months together; gather proofs and file the case, that will make your case stronger
Visi visa is unfortunately too low for spouse cases because CIC rejects on the basis that spouse will not go back to home country so they do not issue in more than 90% cases, BUT IFF the spouse makes the case very strong and show strong ties to home country then CIC will not have any objection to issue VV. Your case must be very much strong, there is a member in other forum whose wife got multiple times VV, you may go through that thread and get help

My mom has 5 year passport and only have 3 years left on it,, Can she apply for 10 year passport without waiting for the old one to expire?
