LVO when u will contact applicants of March 2013 :( 17 months are already over and not a single update :(

Help , im new on this forum... Here is my time line: app filed : Dec 2011 ( husband case) vo: islm now lndn, add doc request on 8th may 2014 response sent by UPS mail and received in London on 16 June 2014, re-med request,re-pcc,schedule A, add family info: 1st Aug 2014.

The problem is that after June 16 2014 I realized that my mail box did not work properly and that I receive some emails only ... So I wrote an email to lvo saying that and that I received their email of May 8th only but if they have sent me another email to resend it on the new email address. So they replied on my new email address on 15th July but they sent me the same email that I got on may 8th... I had the UPS confirmation so I thought they might have lost it in the vo... So I was preparing my papers again but on 1 st Aug I received the remed repcc and form update request... And they wrote we need it to FINALIZE your application...
I think there has been a misunderstanding but I don't know wath I should do now .... Any suggestions please....

We'll they asked for your remedical repcc, go ahead and provide them at you earliest. They definitely got your documents, that's why they asked for remedical....you are about to done man, congrats!
