I am curious to know why are you mailing them rather than uploading to the portal ?
As long as you have a phone with half decent camera, scanning should not be an issue and this way to get to keep the originals just in case.

Actually on the portal they just allow 3.5 MB and my proofs are wayy more than that. So just mailing them everything. It's mostly chats and viber log and pictures. The boarding passes n other stuff from our trips abroad and husbands trip to PK, etc. I'm sending a copy of all that. Not the originals. Cos there is no need to send the originals I think. What do you suggest?

If you have a boat load of stuff to send then I guess it makes sense to post it to them. I had 11 docs in total: Money transfer receipts, 12 pics from recent trips,boarding passes and tickets. I created PDF files of all of them then compressed using "free pdf compressor" to make it just under the 3.5MB limit. For me it was worth it more than creating a package [hassle] then posting it [money] and waiting for it to be delivered.
