Did your file initially go to Islamabad? Or directly to London from Mississauga after Stage 1 approval?

received first email for islamabad
then 2nd email after 40 days about London.

Now London visa office is responsible for all type of permanent resident applications from Pakistan i.e.(Economic, Federal skilled worker, Family sponsorship)

So for Pakistanis, our VISA office is "LONDON"

only visit and student visa of Pakistani applicants will be handled by Islamabad.

I hope I made it very clear to all the members.

Looking at toocareless1 timeline. I guess we wont be hearing anything before june as he heard from them exactly after 4 months of file transfer to london. We just have this one person hearing from them so we cant tell much

Yea let's hope for the best, mine and Haroon timelines are almost same Let hope they process our case within 14 IA.

2014 InshA Allah I filled on 6th Dec and got transferred to London on 24 Jan or 29 Jan

This is old post. I am posting it again for your and members clarity

Dear all just for the clarity i m posting the process of Family sponsorship for understanding of all of thread members.

1. Sponsorship application submission (AT CPC-Mississauga)
2. first Email: application of sponsorship received by CPC-Mississauga (with in a week time or 10 days)
3. 2nd email: Sponsorship approval and File is sent to Islamabad Visa office for further processing (with in 1 month)
4. 3rd Email: your file has been transferred to LVO for further processing instead of Islamabad due to operational reasons (In some cases files are being sent directly to LVO without 2nd email)

Now your file is at LVO waiting for processing. So you dont need to send anything to Islamabad.
5. Additional documents or Interview request from LVO (between 5-10 months is my best guess) Interview will most likely held in Islamabad but interviewer will be a person from LVO not from Islamabad (Interview is only to assess whether relationship is genuine or not.

6. background checks will be done after relationship is confirmed by Visa officer.

7. Passport request one. PPR1 sending copies of the passport to LVO (30 days) (immediately send to LVO on given address)
after receiving your copies of passport and pictures. LVO will issue Visa and COPR issued as per your passport and send it to Islamabad

8. PPR2. Original passport and return address needs to be sent to Islamabad. (usually 30-45 days after PPR1) Send PPs through TCS visatronics
9. Visa is being pasted on Passport. VISA along with COPR is sent to your return address.
10. You are ready to land.........

Hello all is any one can help me
I was applied to sponsor to my wife and my son from Pakistan. The application was submitted Nov 2012 and an acknowledgment of receipt was received from CPC Mississauga dated March 8, 2013. The letter indicates that the sponsor is ineligible but in my application I chek the option that if my file not approved send to CHC Islamabad so they send my file to Islamabad in jun 2013 since then I or my wife haven't receive any letter from CHC Islamabad I called to cic 2 weeks ago they told me that my file transfer to CHC Landon office.. is any one can tell me what should I do im so worried about them thx.
