Hi,

does anyone knows what A40-PFL letter is ?

my notes mentioned VO suggested to Send A40-PFL letter to PA(principal applicant i.e me)

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Its not a good news.. A40 is a provision under immigration act that deals with "inadmissible for misrepresentation" your notes should have more details about concerned raised by VO

that's all I can find, send an inquiry or wait to receive the letter then you will required to provide proof of evidence.....

Our file was transferred to London office in Jan/Feb 2014, and up till now med request hasn't come. Anyone rec'd medical request from London whose file was transferred in Jan/Feb 2014 to London?

yes i know its a bad news, i made an honest mistake in the schedule A form (temporary resident visa was rejected and i missed the question 6d )

so now they say its lying and misleading info, so they are gonna send me letter to re-send schedule A and asked for explanation as why did i answered incorrectly

all info was in notes.

I can understand your sadness and anger, and i hope something soon comes up that lead your file to better path.
i suggest that you make case sepecific inquiry through e-mail or dmp portal and ask them, also order GCMS notes, it will tell you a lot of the answers.

yes i know its a bad news, i made an honest mistake in the schedule A form (temporary resident visa was rejected and i missed the question 6d )

so now they say its lying and misleading info, so they are gonna send me letter to re-send schedule A and asked for explanation as why did i answered incorrectly

Mistakes happen ... we are human. Just wait for their letter and address all areas related to it. In'shaa'Allah it won't be a big deal ... a lot of this happens and people get through it easy.

How can I make case specific inquiry? Like can I send that anytime myself? Plz guide and I'm waiting for my son's birth certificate so is is better idea to send inquiry after sending the B certificate ?

what the hell,, how comes no one receiving passport back and no ppr. whats up with LVO. I think they are having an earlier christmas celebration. I dont think they will do any thing till new years cuz most of them might have gone on holidays.

I applied in July 2012 still waiting for passport request. Seems like LVO has gone on long long holidays.
