i got an appointment for re-medical, in the end it is written to bring polio certificate. do we have to take it or is it for children?

Note:
You are requested to please bring your valid Polio vaccination certificate at time of your appointment.
There is no need of fasting.

its for you its new rule To get a polio certificate go to any government hospital with your passport and get it free in less than 30 mins they will give you 2 drops of vaccination too

IOM has provided the appointment for Dec 11, 2014 ( a day after expiration of old medical validity). Besides other documentation, IOM now demands for "Polio Vaccination Certificate" as well.

My application status has been updated to "In Process' wef Nov 10, 2014. It shows that LVO does start the processing in 11th month or even earlier. My application was sent to LVO on Feb 05, 2014

Need help,, CIC ask to my cousin for remedical.. she send a mail to IOM at canmedpk @ iom.int 1 day ago but they didn't reply about the appointment.. so tell me how much time they took to reply back..

Thanx I emailed VO and asked that what doc should I send them in order to inform them about the birth of our child I also told that I would get the birth certificate in few days my baby is canadian as I'm in Canada and I sponsored my husband
I was just curious would they really reply my mail? Coz I think they would never reply
And also would it b positive addition for our case or not ?

Hmmm let me share our experience regarding baby, it might help you.

Mu husband in CA called Mississauga call center and told about the new born, they sent him an email regarding baby forms and required docs to be emailed them back... in our case baby was born in Pakistan and was not Canadian by birth cz her father is PR only yet.

IN YOUR CASE: Baby is Canadian by birth so I GUESS but I am not sure that baby will not be added as dependent of the principal applicant IF you are in Canada and sponsoring your husband. You can tell the addition in family but you will not need to fill IMM008 Dep form,
Off course it is a very good and positive addition to your case in the means that you guys are REAL case and want to spend life with each other that is why planned the family.

ok so that means they will start the process in 11 months? so it may take a few months after do your medical and ppr.....so by the time you get the visa it may end up 13-14 months?

The 11 months that's posted means that 80% of applications in London are processed in 11 months or less.

80% of applications will be faster than 11 months. 20% of applications will be longer than 11 months.

11 months looks unreal.... few of the members in here have done their 2nd medical couple months ago and did not hear anything back after that.... it will most likely be 12-14months... who knows what is the criteria at visa office and in what order do they process or they just pick the file randomly....

On top of that Islamabad holds the passport for such a long time for some reason.
