After remedical, is it additional documents request or passport request??

i think after remedical it is usually re-police certificate and passport copy request. not sure though

Now a question, my wife is here in Canada on TRV. She did a medical for visitor visa in August 2014. Would that medical be valid for this remed request? Should I send them an email to ask or just get the remed done here is Canada?

i would send them a re-med its easier that way. and for when she is asked for passport she can send it to where she is asked to send (islamabad) and have it sent to pakistani address and then some one send it here , next> she can flag pole to land from USA even if she does not have a USA travel visa!

But wouldn't be risky sending your passport in the mail...while in Canada on a TRV?

Good question !!

well depends ...there is risk there if TRV has 6 months stay on it and PR visa gets stamped in 6 months and you get it back within 6 month then no risk! otherwise there is littel bit risk invloved. and safest option would be to go back and wait for passport and then come back. depends what you are looking to do save some $$$ or go back. its bit of a gamble!

Its a husband case. I applied in September 2013. File transfered to london in Jan 2014. And now remed request in Oct 2014.

It is also illegal to send Pakistani passport through mail!.... I doubt n e courier service would agree to do it
