Hi everyone I need some help we have our cute baby boy on oct 9 now I want to tell LVO about his birth
Can someone tell me shoul I just send them email with attached Birth certificate or should I send hard copy ?
16 months already passed but E CASE says file received I applied on jun 2013 and file transferred to LVOin June 2014 anyone else with me?

we also had same situation; following is what we did and our baby is added to our app:

PR calls Mississauga call center and let them know about new addition to family, they will email you relevant forms and would ask you to send few documents of baby. you ll need to fill the forms pay some fee and email them on their given email id. Thats it

So I suppose your baby is Canadian born?? In that case you just have to send the birth certificate to LVO to inform them about the addition to your family. Your baby doesn't need to go through the immigration process as a dependant as he is already a citizen. And even if the baby is born in Pakistan, you don't need to add him as a dependant cos he will be a citizen automatically as one of the parents is a citizen. Hope that helps.

Can any one tell me i am going to submit my application in Mississauga tomorrow waht do i have to write in General application form IMM0008 question 4 ( immigration office for processing this application ) should i write London UK or Islamabad Pakistan.

and if the baby is born in Pakistan then I guess but I am not sure; u would need to follow the process i told you already.... get guidance from senior members as they know better than me

In that case you have to apply for the baby's citizenship card, which takes upto 9 months to arrive. Or you can get a limited validity passport for him by showing a confirmed ticket. That takes upto 6 weeks. But that's when the baby in born in PK to a canadian citizen parent. Although for this you have to fill some form n send it to Islamabad with other required docs. Idk the details about it but I'm sure some experienced member will be able to guide you.

London, UK (they are responsible for all family class sponsorship of Pakistan)

Well India has a less time compare with Pakistan and heir Visa office is too quick. I mostly say their visa with a year where timeline is 16 month where as if we follow Pakistani time line I.E 33 month and if we follow london then it is 11 month but i hardly see applicant who got the visa in 12 month.
I also notice that mostly people who are from 2012 got response.

That's not true I know personally several families who had it all done in 11 months and there are people in the forum who have it done sometimes in 12. But it's definately not going to be 33 months.
