Hi,

I am in the last stages of gathering my evidence. We have a whole bunch of holiday, bday, anniversary cards etc from one another. Is it better for me to make a copy of those and send it or the actual card?

You won't get the cards back. Copies are fine, you could if you wanted to add a note like 'I kept the originals for sentimental reasons' or whichever

How about photos, will they keep those too?

You should assume you won't get anything back, so don't send originals.
