Hello friends,
I am just new to start with my biggest frustration about my spousal application IRCC has returned twice.
1st time they were asking police clearance for my husband's son(age22 will be in December 2019) who's not interested at all to come over here and settle down also will not go for his medical but he was grateful to sing his forms(which is required even non accompanying dependent that we sent complete application on May 14th,2019 that my lawyer has specific shows in the letter. This application returned on July 26th with letter indicated reason to return was missing my husband's son PC. luckily son had applied for his PC that he needed for a military job in India that I got it in 2 days and I have resubmitted again on July 31, 2019 with my lawyer's help. Now, again waiting period started for us. I haven't heard anything till 5th October I have called IRCC and the person open my file access and said he can see a person entering my information and nothing to worry.I called again on November 1st and the person told me the same that information he checked that still processing so not to worry also I have asked him that I need to submit one document that was our joint bank account info and he asked me to send a link for webform so i can and I did receive the email from IRCC
on Monday, November 5, 2019 My lawyer asked me to see her on Tuesday and I went. she came to me again with my returned file (I was really socked) returned date shows on October 25th but reached to my lawyer on November 5th. now reasons they have given Missing Birth Certificate and PC for a principal applicant which both were included with clearly mentioned. All Forms have given file # but they erase with white out.
I am so sorry to typing my long story, but today finally decided to remove my husband's son who never ever come to settle down here, he wants to work for his own country that his firm statement and my lawyer has made affidavit for my husband and he signed to agreed that he knows he will not able to sponsor his son in future as a family member and finally, file sent by express courier today.

Anybody can tell me if they faced this kind of problem? do i need to still worry about it? I am a Canadian citizen, 2nd marriage for both, married in 2017

I'm a little bit concerned about the competency of your lawyer if your file has been returned twice after her review.

It is really hard to living apart after more than 2 years of marriage. can my husband apply for visitor visa? How much hope and requirement for that?

What I mean is that it is surprising that a lawyer would allow a submission to be made that was returned twice. Did she forget to include the police clearance certificate and the birth certificate when she re-submitted after it was returned the first time?

Something strange is happening for you, and I'm sorry that it is.
