Sposor Approval Leter, but No Application Package - Help

I just got a letter in the mail saying congratulations you've qualified as a sponsor bla bla bla. The letter also says that the file/application has been forwarded to Singapore visa office.

But, I only received a letter, no PR form, application packag, that the guide said it will.

Quoted from Sponsor's Guide:

"We will inform you of the results of its assessment of your sponsorship application and send you the
Immigrant’s Guide for sponsored parents, grandparents, adopted children and other relatives with the related
forms. If your application to sponsor is approved, you will have to send the guide and forms to the person
you want to sponsor."

I thought a package with PR application form, sticker/ label/barcode is supposed to come to me, not directly to my dad...? I don't even know if anything is being sent to him directly ...

Am I reading this wrong? If anyone knows, please clarify....

Are you sponsoring your spouse of family ? If it is spouse then the PR application should have been part of the original application, if family you should have received the PR application pack, but then again it is nothing different from what you will find on the CIC website.

Did you receive a file number? If so you can use that, download the application pack, including the country specific information pack and then send it to the people you are sponsoring. And when submiting the PR application you can attach the copy of the letter, so that your local CIC office will know what file it relates to.

You call also call the CIC call center and ask them as to why you were not sent the application package..

I'm sponsoring my father and his dependant (my stepbrother).

I received an ID number but it's a 12 digit number with no dashes or letters.

They put my original client ID number which I already knew.

Thanks, I already completed the downloaded forms, etc. just want to know if something is coming or not.... will call

Does anyone know if anything important will be included in the package (like labels, barcode, etc.).

I'm still waiting for the package but would like to send these completed forms right away.

I can just send all the forms that I downloaded. They're all already signed and complete.
