Good night every one
My husband sponsor me in 2016
Got a reply he was unable to sponsor me because of an undertaking and my application went to humanitarian and compassionate. I fill the form and a reply was send to me that I don’t meet the requirements of humanitarian and my status in Canada has expired and I was given time to leave which I did
I didn’t over stay the time they stayed ...
When i got to my home country which is trinidad
I try applying for a visitor visa to go see my husband before the pandemic in 2019 and I was denied a visa ...
My husband fix the undertaking 2021 ...
It’s paid in full ...
Any recommendations and what I should do ?
I need to be with my husband ...
Should I try again for my visa
And then apply over for my sponsorship ???
Thanks
Will like to get some advice please

The first thing your husband should do is apply sponsor you for PR again through the outland process. He should do this as soon as possible.

It's unfortunately unlikely a TRV is going to be approved. You can certainly try applying again. However I would say it's far more important for your husband to submit the outland sponsorship application as soon as possible.
