Hi
Its me again,
Need some clarifications
So my husband will complete his RO in Sep 2018. Give him few weeks for him to renew his PR.
1. Can he starts working on sponsoring me before he gets his card.
2. My daughter is 21 and pursuing medicine in China, Can he sponsor her too before she turns 22. Her next birthday is on the 31st Dec where she turns 22. I have all her pares from her University .
Is it possible to apply for TRV for her before applying for PR so she can come for her winter holidays to Canada in Jan and Feb next year
3.I will be in Canada while the sponsorship is on. Can I go out of the country to visit mum and be back in?

If your husband is a PR living in Canada, he may be eligible to sponsor you....
Refer......Who can become a sponsor
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/family-sponsorship/spouse-partner-children/eligibility.html

Your daughter or child’s eligibility as a dependant will be assessed based on how old they were at the specific point in time the complete application was received, called the lock-in date, even though your child’s age may change during processing.......please ensure the complete application is sent and received by IRCC before your daughter turns 22.

To qualify as a dependant, your daughter must be within the age limit and meet the requirements of a dependent child.

Hi

1. He doesn't need a PR card to sponsor you. He just needs to be in compliance with the RO.

2. She can be included as a dependent in your application, provided the app is received while she is still 21. She can apply for a TRV.

3. You should be fine to re-enter but never a guarantee. Note that if you are applying inland, you are advised to not leave.

You are free to leave. However, re-entry is never guaranteed and if you are refused entry, your inland app is abandoned. It is up to you to decide if you want to take that risk.
