Sponsorship Visa Application for dependent child

Hello all,

I am a Permanent Resident currently living in Canada. I am planning to submit sponsorship Visa application in a weeks time for my daughter as she was born in my home country. But I will be travelling to my home country for vacation for 4 weeks after submitting the application.
My spouse is also a PR but she is currently living in my home country.

My question is will it be ok to submit the application now OR shall I submit the application once I come back to Canada ?
