Hi All,
Below is my Situation and we need your expert advise make an appropriate decision.
My husband is a Permanent Residence holder Immigrated late 2011 and staying in Scarborough, Canada.
We recently got married few months ago and my husband wants me to visit him asap as I am pregnant and we want our baby to take birth in Canada,
I know through my known sources that the whole process takes approx a year to get me into canada and it will be too late by then.
Hence we are thinking to apply for a Visit Visa and file for my sponsorship in Canada simaltaneously.
Below are my concerns:
1>. If birth takes place in Canada where I am on Visit Visa and my husband is a PR, does my child get Canadian Citizenship by Birth ?
2>. Is there any chances of rejection If I apply for VISIT VISA and ask my husband for visit sponsorship
3>. Simply book a package for Visit to Canada with my parents and get here and keep renewing my Visit visa untill birth.
please help thanks
