Hello, i am from india 22 years old i have a friend who is getting married in canada. i want to visit canada for his wedding party. he is going to sponsor me tourist visa. is there anyway he could get the visa approved from canada embassy in canada? i am saying that because where i live in INDIA there are few problems to get the toruist visa simply. i do not want to miss his wedding event. pls help

they don't care with what happens in india. it's a different process. you will have to apply on your own in india. only way your friend can help is to provide you with an invitation letter and pay for your tickets and lodging. you will still need to show that you have a proper job in india and prove that you will return back.sphvnx said:

You might have better information from the TRV board. There is no way to shortcut the system, but it only takes a week to be approved or rejected.
