:-\hi ever one! im new to this site and really looking for some advise or has anyone ever been in this situation before.

the problem is im about to put in sponshorship for my common law spouse. and it seem that all the lawyer is concern is there money. saying this wont be a problem.

but he have had some problem of his own , he had file for the whole refugee status where he was denied and asked to leave the country which he did not. his lawyer made him put in humanitarian where at the time he was involved with another lady whose name is listed as a spouse of his humanitarian.

we were involve at one time in o7 where were got broken up and reconcil in 2011.

will it look like he is doing this for papers ?
will it affect the fact he never leave the country?
because its my choice to give it to him.
will he be deported? what are his chances of getting through?

please help any one

1. Yes.
2. Yes, he is probably deportation ready, especially if he has had his PRRA.
3. Very good chance that he will be deported.

In the circumstances described the best opportunity for sponsorship is to submit an out of Canada application - an overseas application. Your CL spouse needs to have the removal order enforced and it is best to purchase your own ticket home so removal costs need not be repaid if approved to return for PR in the future. CL spouse will also require ARC - authority to return to Canada to overcome the deportation order if the only reason for it relates to the refugee claim and not leaving after the negative decision.

Have you seen the commercials recently on t.v. about individuals telling people things and guaranteeing that things are possible. Use caution when hiring people to help you.

At this point there in the process it is extremely unlikely that there would be any requirement to allow for processing of an in Canada sponsorship, that is one that provides any agreed to stay of removal since the application would have to be submitted prior to being called for a pre-removal risk assessment being done.
