Hello everyone, my husband has uploaded the police certificate on the 26th of March. The due date was April 1st, he submitted it before then. I went to check his application status and it says "Application received" When i clicked the underlined Application received it stated :

1. We received your application for permanent residence on January 24, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence on February 23, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

We have replied by uploading the documents but nothing has changed. Is there something we are missing?

It has been less than a week including a long weekend. Give it a bit more time.

Oh okay, Idk why i panicked. I just thought there was an instant change in status the minute we hit submit. Thanks canuck
Do you know when we can expect the work visa, we submitted it the same time as the application. Do i have to look for the status of that somewhere else?

Would expect 3-4 months for the work permit.
