Hi,
Thank you all for replying
@John013 : Thanks for the assist, if I do have any questions I will let you know. One question that pops up, should I already do the Police Certificates and put it in the application or do I just wait until they ask for it. And how old can the Police Certificates be?
@Helena R : I did got some of the answers on a different forum. She can sponsor me as long as she returns to Canada with me, and of course has a gameplan when we land.
She is already in the process of finding a job in toronto, and if she finds a job she will go back to Canada. We will be doing a long distance relationship again, but it will be worth it in the end. Even though I don't need a IELTS test I have an exam in October and when I have the results the application will be sended to the CIC. So we have until October to get the application ready.
@PMM : We have the papers to show the common law for 12 months, so that will not be a issue. We also wrote a gameplan on what we will be doing the minute we arrive in Canada. Also to show that my fianceé will be joining me she is already applying for jobs, and will go back to Canada before me if she has found one.
