Hi!!
I am here like must of you going through this painfull waiting process of the inland application.. My husband and me applied for permanent residence 2month ago but here is my question:
My husband has a balance owing for his tax return wich is already pass due. Do you think my application can be refused because of that???

No, his tax debt won't cause a refusal. As long as he's not an undischarged bankrupt or receiving social assistance for reasons other than welfare, and can clearly demonstrate that you are capable of becoming self-sufficient and arrangements for your care other than relying on social assistance have been made, his financial affairs won't harm your chances of being approved.
