I have been married now for almost 3 years in July, my wife and I have applied for spouse sponsorship more than a year now.
Prior this application, I had applied for H&C, still in process... so what we did we have sent our sponsorship application to cic in ottawa to be were they have been handling the H&C process. They sent us a form "updating info form" and we have done that, but until today we have never heard from them. I called cic and they told me that what must have happened is that the sponsorship application might only be attached to the H&C application, as far they are concerned there is no spousal sponsorship application
Now my question is: Can I request a transference of spouse sponsorship application to vegreville AB or do I have to make a new application?

I would love to get help about this case

Well if it is attached to the H&C no you cant ,it states no one person can have two applications at one time,so if oneis attached and you do another thats two and they refuse the whole thing.

now my question still answered, Can I transfer my sponsorship application to vegreville instead... since the Cic in Ottawa have never sent any info concerning the process?

Where does it state you cannot have more than one application in at a time????

I have reviewed all the information and as long as you pay the correct fee for an application, it appears that you can have as many different application status's as you want. All depends on how much money you have and what you qualify under.

But if you could link me to the CIC site that states you can only have one application in at a time I would be grateful.
