Hi I'm waiting for what looks the visa office email which is like the next step I think

My wife is in Brazil.

Anybody from Brazil?

I'm trying to find out more or less about times and if anyone from Brazil got processed here in Mississauga or all of them went to Brazil.

And how long it took after the Mvo Email

Nov 27- Application Sent
aug 28-applcation received
Jan 23- AOR1
Jan 24 - shedules A
(I sesenthe medic exam with the application )

Feb 07 - the ststus changed to DECISION MADE ln the sponsorship

And today feb 13 - applicant status changed to IN PROGRESS

No emails or SA approvals yet

2017-Dec-04: AOR1
2017-Dec-05: Request letter - Police certificate and Schedule A
2017-Dec-07: Sponsorship approval
2017-Dec-08: Police certificate and Schedule A sent online
2017-Dec-08: Medical request
2017-Dec-11: Medical done
2017-Dec-12: Status changed to "passed the medical exam"
2017-Dec-21: Application sent to visa office in São Paulo

We haven't heard from them after that.

I think it is taking longer than other visa offices due to carnival!

My timeline:

2017-Nov-20: Application received
2018-Jan-14: AOR1
2018-Jan-23: Request letter - Police certificate and Schedule A (submitted them online on the same day)
2018-Feb-01: Sponsorship approval
2018-Feb-05: Medical request
2018-Feb-13: Application sent to visa office in São Paulo
2018-Feb-13: Ecas changed to "In Process"
2018-Feb-15: Medical done

Now we are just waiting....

Yes and when they asked for the schedule A I received an email saying I had a new message on my application account so for sure they have the right email. The strange thing is that I received the SA by mail.

Just received another letter by mail. Informing that my Application was forwarded to sao Paulo dated Feb 13

Now is just waiting i guess

I believe it depende on the Visa Office and also on each case.
My case has been transferred to São Paulo in December 2017 and I haven't heard anything from them since.

Hello to anyone who reads this! I made a new thread for all of us with applications at the São Paulo Visa Office (2017/2018) because it was hard to find anything current in that area.
