Sponsorship is taking longer then average processing time

In the letter of acknowledgement it states the average processing time for the visa office is six to twelve months.
It has been more then twelve months and we are still waiting what are my options now should I contact them or gscm/CAIPS notes I don't know what to do with have travel plans as well.

What are my options thank you. ???

contact + gcms/caips notes should help you out as to what is causing the delay and where does your file stand, why is it being delayed or whats the latest on it, what concerns they may have about ur case...

Order GCMS notes to find out the activity on your file. It will help you understand what the VO thinks of your case and other important details.
 
thank you for the responses we already went to an interview and everything went good this was in april and now it it is june the office was very nice and they said things went well and needed new medicals which was done over a month ago so i do want to know where the file stands


HOW LONG DOES GSCM NOTES TAKE???????????
