hi everyone! I have a first degree cousin who is a permanent resident in canada. Lately she sponsored her husband and they are both living in alberta. Can she still sponsor me as a permanent resident? I would really appreciate receiving your feedbacks. Thanks!

No - she can't. You will need to qualify on your own merits.

If i opt to apply instead for a student visa, what will i do to augment my income aside from the 20hrs of working? We dnt get to pay our tuition fees and other expenses from the 20 working hrs alone..

There's nothing you can do in Canada to augment your income. You are limited to working 20 hours per week off campus and this will certainly not cover your tuition or living expenses. You would have to get a loan from your home country to cover these expenses or have a family member sponsor you.

Also for you to be successful in your student visa application, I'm sure there is a financial proof requirement as well.

You have to show proof of funds for your tuition and $10k for living expenses. And you typically need to pay your first year's tuition, or at least the first semester.
