we applied for sponsorship in 2020. Medicals passed, eligibility passed and nothing is happing after that! MP can't help, files are in Turkey. What can be done in this case? We are contacting Ankara office but no success. criminality has not started yet. Fourth year has started.

The webform is not the same as GCMS notes. GCMS notes are detailed. You need to order your GCMS notes. Alternatively, hire an immigration lawyer and do a writ of mandamus to try to force IRCC to mar a decision in your application.
