Sponsorship form (need help... please)

I have a son, who has Canadian passport already. Now I am filing up the sponsorship form IMM 5481, I have the following question:
Yourself: 1
Current undertaking : my wife, principal application: 1

So my son is not included in this form, so the total number is 2, is that correct? I have no previous undertaking .

or I put my son in 6B and the total is 3. and I need to fill his name in the second page, thanks again, waiting for the answer!
