is the spouse sponsorship process faster or easier for a declared non-accompanying spouse in PR application of Sponsor?
I declared my spouse as non-accompanying and now I've been issued COPR# (No PPR yet) and I'm confused whether I should apply for Spouse Sponsorship after landing in Canada or change my spouse to accompanying? Any suggestions would be appreciated. (crs remains above cut-off if spouse changed to accompanying)

Post to the Express Entry section of the forum. Generally best to add your spouse as accompanying in your own application. Spousal sponsorship later will not be faster.

What I actually meant is that I have already declared my spouse in my PR application, later on when I apply for spousal sponsorship, I'd have to provide marriage documentation again, even more documents like photos etc, so considering that since I already declared my spouse and IRCC approved her as my dependent, would that make my spouse sponsorship easier? (in terms of consolidating my marriage and approval of application)

And sure, I'll post this in express entry, and thank you for your response!

As said in my original response, you should expect regular processing times.

Also be aware that you must be living in Canada to sponsor your spouse.
