Hello all.

Please help me with some information on the sponsorship for parents.

1. I apply for sponsorship for my mom 2008 and sent all my financial information. When they start to review it in 2011 will they ask me to send information about my job and my financial evaluation again or they will use my 2008 documents?

2. I sign sponsorship in 2008 with my husband. Now we are separated and I want to sponsor my mom by myself ( I have enough income now). How can I change my sponsorship agreement? I have been told that my husband have to sign spesial document which confirm that he does not want to be a sponsor any more, but I do not know where he is and will he sign it or not.
If anyone had similar situations before please help me with some information.

I am in same situation as you. Immigration is going to do a reassessment of my financial eligibility and has asked me to fill out some forms.

Call CIC Mississauga directly and let them know, if your file is transferred to local office then they might tell you to call them instead. But do it asap and once they get it, your husband is bound by it - infact he should be cancelling it
