Hi, I sponsored my wife from Costa Rica, she landed on may 2011. my question is, is it possible for her or me, to sponsor her mother? i heard there was a freeze in sponsoring parents a year ago, I havn't been on this forum for so long sorry, is there any news on that or anything new with that?
