Hey,
With regards to spouse, I know someone that applied to sponsor someone but the sponsor themselves when they are unemployed.
Shouldn't be a problem if they believe you are able to get a job/better job in the future, I assume. I'm not sure there really is a threshold since they literally made 0 income when they applied.

For spousal, there's no income requirement. As for parents, you must meet the requirements or exceed it.

im getting sworn in july 1st...applied end of jan..application accepted feb 7th....did the written may 16th
