I love in Canada and my wife’s lives in TUNISIA we get married on October 2020 the I apply for her to sponser her for permanent resident but we get rejected on April 2022 because they consider our marriage as a proxy marriage so we decide to get divorce and remarry again because I wasn’t present physically on my wedding back home in Tunisia , my question is I’m gonna get any problem when I will reapply for her as a family member again ?

You should not have problems since you have now married in person.

It makes sense that your first application was refused.

And do I have to make a big ceremony for the wedding ? And what should I put as a reason of divorce so they don’t take it as we did this for purpose of immigration?

Be honest. You got divorced because you need to get married in person for the marriage to be considered acceptable in Canada for sponsorship. The divorce is merely procedural to allow you to remarry.
