SPONSORSHIP EVALUATION FORM- QUESTIONS #3/5/6/7

Hello All,

I am trying to complete the Sponsorship Evaluation Form and I am stumped... Can you please help???

We are a family of four (me-Canadian/husband-Italian/our 2 kids dual citizens)

Question 3-Net personal Income- I am a housewife, my husband works, can I put our net family income or do i leave it blank?
Question 5A- Current Undertaking- is this my husband who i am sponsoring? I must put 1?
Question 5B- Previous Undertakings- I have never sponsored anyone so i must put 0 in those boxes correct?
Question 6A- Your spouse or common law partner. Provide details on teh back of thsi page???? what details?? ahhhhhh!!!
Question 6B-Every other family member not included in above and dependant on you. Provide details on the back of thsi page- these must be our 2 kids? What details do you think they want...name/ages etc. etc?

I hope i am not a pain in the butt but am sincerely lost here. Thanks Again Guys!!!

3 - Put your personal income, even if it's $0 and then write a separate explanation that your husband is the income earner and include information on his earnings and qualifications.

5A - Yes, 1.

5B - Yes, 0.

6A - Ignore, you don't have a co-signer.

6B - Yes, the children, full names and DOB.

Hello! I came across your post because I googled Net personal Income and I was blown away because it felt like I was reading a post written by me! I too am Canadian with an Italian husband and 2 kids and I was lost on the same questions! So, first of all, thanks for helping me out too. Now I have another question though...

In the Application to Sponsor and Undertaking did you put your kids down in number 3 of part C where it says 'Accompanying dependant children of persons in 1 and/or 2'? I didn't because my kids are already citizens but I'm wondering if that was a mistake?

No, if your children are Canadian do not list them on this form. But you do list them on the additional family information form.

Hey Dragonele,

Just saw your post, sorry i didnyt reply sooner. Yes, I am iving in Foggia with hubby and 2 kids and I feel soo great that someone is on same boat as me and same country
I did list kids because thats what i thought i had to do.... Ithis stuff is pretty confusing when kids are involved, especially since our kids are canadian and italian citizens...PM me so we can rant about how bad it is living in Italy ??? or we can rant about how we cant wait to get back home...Hope to talk soon with you!
