Hi,

I may be being stupid here but i'm just a little unsure what to fill on question 6 (b) of the sponsor evaluation form.

I am a Canadian citizen living in the UK with my British Husband and am applying to sponsor him. We have a 4 week old daughter born in the Uk (she is a Canadian citizen as I am her mother so she needs no sponsorship etc)

However i'm guessing I still need to list her on in question 6B of sponsor evaluation form. Is this correct?

Yes you list her as 1 in 6. B). Put in details about your daughter on back of the paper. Such as father name, mother name. Citizenship, such and such.
Also explain you are submitting canadian citizenship application.

Also you must list the child in IMM5406 under section B.

Ok Thanks. Even though the baby is a Canadian Citizen (well soon to be as we are applying for the certificate) she is a still a dependant.


This application process seems a bit daunting, i'm trying to get it all together properly as don't want to delay or get anything wrong. ???
