Sponsorship evaluation (can we leave those boxes empty in our application)

i m sponsoring my husband. i have question that in the form called as sponsorship evaluation , they are asking such question that do not apply to me ......so can i leave those boxes empty or what should i write in them .......please reply....

i am a canadian citizen living outside canada with my husband.....he has job here....
in the application form they are asking one more question that
when do u plan to return to canada to resume residency
they want me to write exact date .....i m confused cause we dont know when my husband will get his PR ...we are applying right now ......so what should i write in that (date box) (yyyy-MM-DD)

The exact date doesn't matter... so put something sensible and optimistic... like 01/01/2014
