Hi everyone,

We have decided to apply for our sponsorship Visa from INSIDE Canada.

We have been looking into the Open Work Permit Visa FORM to attach to our application and we can't find it anywhere.

Can anyone help us.

(If you do get the first stage approval, your spouse will usually be eligible for health care and an open work permit. It is actually a good idea when applying inland to send an application form for a visit visa extension as well as the open work permit to be given at first stage approval all in one package so it's tied together.)

There isn't a special form for open work permit - just this generic one. In spots where it asks for employer, LMO, etc, just write N/A, open work permit, or something along those lines.

another question, do we have to send all the application forms at once ? Sponsorship froms, open work permit and visa extension ? We already have his police check record and his medical, should we send that as well ?

It's best to send a complete package including the application for work permit and police clearance, medical check etc. An incomplete application can delay the process. Basically, if its on the checklist - make sure it's in there. There is your sponsor checklist, the applicant checklist, and there will be one for the WP as well.

Anything missing can delay your application as they will wait in you to provide documents and work on other cases.

It depends. Some countries require fingerprints for temporary status. I'm not sure how this applies to an inside Canada open work permit. Sorry
