I am a Canadian Citizen that sponsor my spouse but i have found out that after a few months that he arrived he started cheating on me even telling his buddies that he was using me to get here, we've tried to fix things but is always going back to the same. i don't want him here because he came here for me, he does have a conditional permanent resident status. please advise how to proceed, can his papers be taken away?

Unfortunately, unless he moves out, no. You cannot terminate the undertaking now that it's executed and accepted. If he moves out, then you can contact CIC and mention to them about the situation. But at that point it would be up to them how they wish to proceed. If they waive the condition on his PR, then you still are responsible for him (so if he goes on social assistance, they will demand you repay it) for 3 years from the date they granted the PR.

If you want to break up with him, ask him to leave the house. Then tell CIC about the relationship breakdown and that he has a conditional PR. Show any proof he has that he just used you to immigrate to Canada, and that the relationship has broken down.
CIC may or may not revoke his PR, but all you can do is give them the information necessary.
You should go see a family law lawyer about starting divorce proceedings, if that is what you want.
