Sponsorship Application Questions

Hi,
I have a few questions regarding the (spousal) sponsorship application.

1) I'm currently in Canada with my wife (as a visitor), and we would like to send the application outland. Under "Class of Application" which option should we select?

2) I was in Canada for a year on the Working Holiday program, and my working visa expired March 7th of this year. We applied for an extension as visitor until September 4, 2017. The sponsorship application asks for my current residence address, including dates.
What should we put in here under "To"?:

Should I put September 4, even though my visitor application hasn't been accepted yet (I'm on implied status), and might not be anytime soon? If so, should I just add a Letter of Explanation explaining that I have already sent an application for visitor status and it's still processing? I can't leave this blank, so I have to put something. Also, under "From", should I put the date I entered Canada on my Working Holiday Visa, the day it expired, or the day I applied for a visitor visa?

3) They want an explanation about unemployed dates (how you supported yourself), should we put the explanations where I typed "Explanation", or should we just add a Letter of Explanation? My wife was living with me when I was on Working Holiday, and I was working.

4) My residential address is the same as my mailing address, but my mailing address includes a PO box. When I put in the mailing address, under where it asks if the two addresses are the same, if I click "Yes", an error pops up. So in this case, what should I do here? Should I check "no" (meaning the addresses are different), even if the addresses are the same, and just type this again under residential address? Or should I just leave out the PO box?

Thanks in advance for the help!
