You can divorce your wife and remarry her and sponsor her. I am just making a guess; you should contact some immigration Lawyer and NOT Immigration Consultant.

Wrong. Won't work. CIC caught on to this loop hole a very long time ago and doing this will result in yet anothe refusal.

The visa officer will call this a divorce of convenience, and will reject the application.
