Sponsorship app received notification?

I'm applying outland.

Does Mississauga tell us when they receive the sponsorship application? Or only when they have finished processing it?

In my case they have received it for two weeks now but no news yet.

they will send you mail or email if youre sponsorship approved....you need to wait some of them wait 2 to 3 months,,me i recieve my sponsorship approved after 2 months..and you can check to e-cas also if you have the file # soon,,,once you recieve youre sponsorship email..

some people would get an AOR ( acknowledgement of Receipt) from Mississauga, but most people don't - so sit back and relax! most likely, you will only hear from Mississauga when they approved the sponsorship part, so if your application has been there for 2 weeks, it's too early... give yourself another 3 to 4 weeks, and you'll have an answer then!

in short - it's normal! you can register on the october thread if you wish, so you can see what is happening.
