sponsors living in quebec

hi everyone i need your help because im very worried.my husband has been approved as a sponsor since august the 6th and i needed a csq=(certificat de selection du quebec) as he lives in quebec.we applied for the csq and obtain it last month.
we never receive any aor and hear nothing from the embassy(ivory coast).i went to the embassy in person and they told me they received a letter from mississauga but nothing from micc(for the csq) yet.

1-i would like to know if the embassy start proccessing the pr once they get the letter from mississauga or do they wait for the csq from micc(for those living in quebec)before proccessing.
help anyone.

I've read here from someone else that it depends on whether you gave permission to proceed with processing even if the sponsorship is denied. If you did, they don't have to wait to find out if your sponsor was approved and they can go ahead with the processing right away, otherwise they probably have to wait.

I recieved my CSQ before I got my AOR but I do not think it is necessary to have the CSQ to start processing just need it before you get PR. Quebec will notify you and the visa office of the approval for CSQ so you do not need to notify the visa office or contact the about the CSQ. Hope this helps

thanks jimni1,my husband got approved by mississauga it has been 10week and i got my csq last month since then nothing from the embassy.

Hi, I was told that once you're in possession of the CSQ you can scan it to the embassy and send a copy even though MICC is supposed to forward it to the embassy as well
Sweetypie, it's interesting to find that your application is being processed in Abidjan. I live in Quebec (but originally from the Ivory Coast) and I will be sending my husband's application hopefully in November (once everything is completed.) and his visa office will also be Ivory Coast since he is ivorian.
