Hello All

I am planning to get married in May 2020. My Fiance is in India and I am a Permanent Resident in Canada since July 2018.

I plan to get married in India and then sponsor her/file for her PR at the same time.

Do we need to stay apart for the processing time or is there a way she can visit/live with me while the application is under process?

Please advise.

She can try for a TRV but chances of approval are low. Be prepared to be apart for the process.
